I’ve just created a new payment structure, but when I try to create a contract or order, it doesn’t appear in the list of available payment structure options. What could be the reason?

If your payment structure is not appearing in the selection list when creating a contract or order, please verify the following:

Visibility:
The payment structure must be set to public if it was created within the third party’s account. -
Status:
Ensure the payment structure is active and has not been archived. -
Nature Consistency:
The payment structure must match the nature of the contract or order — for example, commercial vs funding. -
Charter Requirement (for flexible structures):
If the payment structure is flexible, the contract must be subject to a Charter in order for it to appear as an available option.
